One of America's Top Ten Youth Volunteer
Glennita Williams, 19, of South Holland, Ill., was named one of America's top ten youth volunteers for 2011, in a ceremony in Washington, D.C. at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, winning a national title for her outstanding volunteer service, selected from a field of more than 29,000 participants across the country. Being featured in two books, 2012 World Almanac For Kids and Pay It Forward Kids: Small Acts Big Change, allow Glennita to share her story and encourage youth to use their passion to help people in their community and around the world.
